Church House Hut is located in Saxby, an historic parish village known for its artistic community,  sat on the river Eye near Melton Mowbray, a picturesque old market town.

With countryside on the doorstep, it is surrounded by designated areas of outstanding natural beauty on the borders of Rutland, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. 

Famous Rutland Waters is close by with one of the largest and most beautiful reservoirs in England, for strolling, picnicking, boating and swimming enjoyment. It also has its own beach and a large, gorgeous national park teeming with wildlife.

The vista from the front of the luxury shepherds hut offers breath taking countryside views as far as the eye can see. 

From the back window, you see you  are situated in a very special garden belonging to an 18th century converted church.
